First Post: Shooting News

It seems only appropriate to me that this be the subject of my first real blog post:

"Gary Oldman Claims the Next Batman Movie Starts Shooting in 2010"

Gary Oldman, the man we know and love as Lieutenant Jim Gordon in Chris Nolan's masterworks, Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, dropped a hint this week at Comic-Con in San Diego, that the next Nolan Batman has a start date on principle photography. While being probed about the possibilities of a new Batman film at the Book of Eli panel, Oldman said, "the next Batman is next year, so I think it's two years away. But you didn't hear it from me." The statement did not seem to be speculation or jest, but to the knowledge of the greater world audience, this blogger included, Chris Nolan has not officially signed on to direct a third Batman film. I intend to find out all I can about this matter, and will update with any information that I find.
